Tribute
One of the most influential films about the car culture and youth lifestyle of the early 1960s in the USA is undoubtedly American Graffiti, known as Sista natten med gänget here in Sweden. The film's music made it a true highlight!
The film premiered in 1973, first in the USA and shortly after in Sweden. And what an incredible impact it had!
Everyone who loved American music from the 1950s and early 60s, the cars of that era, the lifestyle, and the atmosphere felt it captured heaven on film. Cruising, rock 'n' roll, and high spirits. Director George Lucas invested a large portion of the film's budget to secure the rights to the music. And what music it was!

American Days presents a unique 90-minute show featuring many of the film's songs performed by no fewer than seven different singers and a large orchestra, led by conductor Jan Östlund. Everything is aimed at bringing the original recordings as close as possible.
Even DJ Wolfman Jack might make an appearance!
The show takes place in the main American Days tent on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM.
DON’T MISS IT!!
