WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL LOCATED?

Lundegårds Camping & Stugby 1, 387 96 Köpingsvik, Sweden.

WHERE CAN I STAY DURING THE FESTIVAL

Experience the entire festival on site at Lundegårds Camping & Stugby. Many alternative campsites are available in the near area if there is no vacancy.

To book a spot at Lundegårds Camping, you need your Las Vegas Pass ticket number.

I WANT TO SHOW OF MY CAR, DO I NEED TO REGISTER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

No, show up on time the day you want to exhibit your car and you will probably get in, but if you want gaurantee its best to register. 

​

IF I ENTER THE "AMERICAN TROPHY" COMPETITION, DO I NEED TICKETS?

All drivers recieve a free daypass when ariving on the day of the exhibit. You may also leave/park your car during the full event inside the Area but only if you have a Las Vegas pass. Day pass only, have to exit the area before closing each day.

CAN ALCOHOL BE SOLD INSIDE THE AREA?

NO. The organizer has a license to sell alcohol, no one else.

WHEN CAN WE GET TO THE CAMPSITE?

The gates open Thursday 29/5-2025 at 8:00 AM.

But earlier dates can be arranged with Lundegårds Camping.

HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?

CAN I BUY A ONE-DAY TICKET?

Yes, you can find all the single day or Night tickets here: Day/Night tickets

IF I LOOSE SOME OF MY PERSONAL ITEMS?

We accept found items at the information desk, near the entrance. So if you lost items on the event, please visit the reception if it has been found.

WILL THERE BE A CORPORATE MARKET?

Yes, there will be a special market areas for different vendors.

​

WILL THERE BE FOOD INSIDE THE FESTIVAL?

Yes! We will have a Street Food festival, where we will have a large selection with different kinds of food inside the area.

​

CAN I BRING NON-US COMPANION CAR INTO THE AREA?

No, only American cars and motorcycles inside the event area. There will be designated parking spaces for escort vehicles of other brands near the entrance. Wrongly parked cars will be transported away. If you are going to the camping site, all none american cars, trucks and motorcycles are allowed.

HOW DO YOU BRING IN OFFICIALS/VOLUNTEERS?

We recruit all our temporary staff via the website and via local and regional associations.

CAN I BRING MY PET INTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?

Yes, during day and on the campsite you may bring pets, leashed of course.

However during the Night Event there are no pets allowed.

​

CAN I PAY BY CARD IN THE AREA?

In many places inside the festival area, you can pay with both credit cards and Swish for food, drinks and merchandise on American Days. All alcohol and drinks provided only by "American Days" are bought with drink tickets, that are bought within the festival Areas.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

You buy the tickets via our website sub menu "Tickets" You pay easily with credit card, bank card or invoice via Klarna. Remember that the ticket is a document of value from Nortic

IF I DON'T WANT TO GO, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

No, we only refund money if the entire event is cancelled. Even if you bought the tickets online, you do not have the usual 14-day right of cancellation because concert tickets are exemption from the right of cancellation law.
