Return of goods that have been personalized
Please note that the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation, does not apply when the item has been personalized with engraving, print or metal letters. According to the Swedish Consumer Agency, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: "Goods that are specially made according to the consumer's instructions or that have a clear personal touch, for example family photos".

Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with your item or if it breaks, you are entitled to a new item free of charge. Then email the order number and picture of the defective item and our customer service will help you.
Refund
Our aim is to handle the return within 7 working days of its receipt at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of the return being processed.
